Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting with hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition).
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, with the ability to confidently lead discussions in workshops and client engagements.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders.
- End-to-end process mindset, with the ability to look beyond individual modules.
- Strong belief in cloud-based solutions and the ability to advocate for standardized, best-practice approaches.
- Self-driven professional who takes ownership and proactively addresses risks related to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Experience working across multiple time zones or international teams is an added advantage.
What You Bring
- Implement SAP Cloud ERP in the areas of Finance and Controlling, supporting customers from project preparation through to go-live.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into efficient, standard-oriented solutions using the Fit-to-Standard approach.
- Configure SAP Cloud ERP processes through parameterisation, ensuring the system supports business needs in a clear and sustainable manner.
- Lead workshops, customer meetings, and key user training sessions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Integrate SAP solutions such as Central Invoice Management and SAP Analytics Cloud into projects where they add business value.
- Identify and introduce innovations such as embedded AI, intelligent workflows, and automation to enhance customer processes.
- Work closely with Product Owners to understand and leverage deep product expertise.
- Engage directly with customers, challenge traditional processes, and deliver practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Contribute to international teamwork and maintain strong collaboration across global teams.
