Who We Are Looking For
  • 4 to 6 yrs of exp in HR 
  • Fluency in German (C1 level), written & verbal skills
  • Understanding of Swiss and German labor laws is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills and Cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Proven business acumen with good HR awareness
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
What You Bring
  • Education Qualification - B.com OR M.com /MBA (HR)
  • Onboarding & Offboarding process - Seamless experience for all joiners/leavers, including documentation, system access, and culture onboarding.
  • HR Operations – Maintain employee records and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Payroll & Compliance – Coordinate with external vendors and support in resolving any issues or challenges.
  • Global collaboration - Collaborate with the global HR team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Employee experience – Support and guide the employees with the processes or policy related queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Performance & Development – Assist the employees with OKRs, feedback cycles and learning initiatives.
  • Manage updates in HR systems and maintain accuracy.
  • Handle HR JIRA tickets through shared service tools and maintain timely resolution.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations for smooth functioning.
